BlocksteadTerms of use
These terms apply when you download or play Blockstead ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. The terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply to your download and purchases.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it, except where the law allows it.
Coins, stars and boosters
Coins, stars, boosters and other in-game items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. They exist only inside the game and may be lost if you delete the game or change devices.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. Purchases such as "Remove ads" can be restored on the same store account from the game's settings or shop.
Ads
The game is free and shows ads. Some rewards are available for watching a video ad, which is always optional. Ads come from third-party partners, and we're not responsible for their content or for products they advertise.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game, including levels, rewards and prices. We try to keep the game available, but it may not always be free of errors or interruptions.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost in-game items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
